It is amazing how many of us are blindly working our tails off, doing our best to make sure we’re busy, without taking the time to really make sure we’re in alignment with who we are and where we want to go.
Aimlessly working hard for the sake of working hard will definitely make you tired, but without a grand picture of where you’re aiming, sometimes it is easy to get caught up doing small tasks for the sake of feeling productive. Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is to do nothing other than question the beliefs we are still holding onto.

Oftentimes what holds us back from making the money we want is an internal conflict, an underlying part of our subconscious patterns that is resistant to the idea of having money.
This is what leads to self-sabotaging behaviour such as overspending, as there is a part of you that is so scared to lose it that your focus eventually gets locked in on playing not to lose vs. playing to win.
Affirmations can be great, if the little man in your brain that sorts your thoughts believes them to be true.
Sometimes we will say an affirmation that will reach the little man and he will say “hah, I knew you thought you were going to get further than this but unfortunately this statement doesn’t align with what I believe on a cellular level; therefore your request for entry into the mind has been denied”
However, sometimes we come across an affirmation that stirs just enough powerful positive emotion that we actually feel good repeating it! This is one for you to either use during an EFT session, or simply to repeat to yourself throughout the day or week:
“Money flows to me and through me, for the greatest good of all”
Someone please correct me if that has been originated by someone else, it was something that popped up during a tapping session recently and seemed to truly resonate.

For every issue, there is often an underlying emotional issue that has not yet been dealt with. In order to free ourselves from the emotion, we first must recognize it and discover what it is. Though this can feel scary, it is not as scary as living with an internal conflict for the rest of your life.
