Using EFT Tapping to Create a Better Life

Is it possible to cultivate happiness, remove unconscious blockages and even heal physical pain through tapping? The answer is yes.

Originating from ancient Chinese acupuncture methods, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) was founded by Gary Craig in 1995. “Tapping” refers to using your fingers to tap on various meridian points that allow energy to flow and travel through our bodies.

What happens when we become stressed, frustrated, blocked from what we want, or flat-out “stuck”? This happens because there is a blockage in your body’s energy system.

Tapping has been endorsed by world-renowned speakers, authors and coaches such as Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay and Tony Robbins, and for good reason.

Tapping accesses the emotions that are often lying beneath the surface of an external problem, and allows us to bring them to the surface. The more we suppress what it is that is bothering us, the more resistance we create in our bodies.

For every issue, there is often an underlying emotional issue that has not yet been dealt with. In order to free ourselves from the emotion, we first must recognize it and discover what it is. Though this can feel scary, it is not as scary as living with an internal conflict for the rest of your life.
