What causes people to feel as though they’re ‘stuck’?
The reason that change can feel almost impossible (despite trying really, really hard) is that our lives our governed by our belief systems. When you have a belief system that gets in the way of making a life transformation, your subconscious mind will step in and stop the party every single time.
If you do happen to make the change, your subconscious mind will then govern your actions to make sure you get back to what is familiar and comfortable as quickly as possible.
For example, if someone feels they don’t deserve an amazing relationship then gets together with someone who is perceived as “out of their league”, they will find a way to quickly make a mess of things through unconscious, self-sabotaging behaviour.
Until you change the belief, nothing will change for you. Once the belief is shifted, life will change rapidly in ways you never could have expected!
A belief that I held onto for way too long was this: “In order for things to change, it is going to have to take a really, really, really long time!”
So, what happened? I would filter out everything except for those that aligned with my beliefs about change being scary, difficult and slower than molasses.
Once I stopped working all day, every day trying to change the outside world and focuses solely on changing myself, life reached a new level of magic in a very short period of time.

Using EFT tapping methods for rapid, radical change
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also referred to as “tapping”, is a form of therapy in which certain parts of your body called acupoints are literally “tapped” upon to release energy and emotional blocks.
Energy travels through our body on highways called Meridians. Our tapping points are often the beginning or ending points of these energy highways, and the tapping motion allows us to free up constricted or blocked energy from circulating.
EFT stems from ancient Chinese acupuncture, dating back over 5,000 years ago. Any negative symptom, situation or pain in your life is likely the result of an emotion that is stored in your body.
Whether you are struggling with a limiting belief, finding yourself constantly frustrated, having a hard time letting someone into your life, or facing a physical illness, every issue has an emotional aspect to it.
EFT works so effectively, a lifelong belief or phobia can be completely wiped out or destroyed in less than an hour once we determine the root cause.
